  2. Registrar’s report (Karen Selwyn): Fall 2002 Registration packets will be sent out to 430 existing Urbana members.  Everyone should receive these packets at their home by the end of May.  Deadline for registration will be July 1st.  After that date, a $10 late fee will be assessed and players will be placed on a waiting list unless space is available. There will be flyers at all Urbana elementary schools, and Windsor Knolls Middle School.  In person registration will be at the Urbana fire hall (side entrance) on Saturdays June 22nd and 29th from 9:00 - noon.  The gazette will also have an advertisement.  Karen stressed that no player will be registered until all the paperwork is in - this includes registration form, birth certificate COPY (if we don't already have one), Parks and Recreation waiver, and medical waiver.  Karen also stressed to all the coaches to please not promise players/parents that they will have a spot on your team - it is not always possible to make these promises come true.
