Minutes for the Urbana Soccer Association meeting   April 21, 2009 at the Urbana Regional Library (Frederick County Public Libraries does not promote or endorse the views of the program sponsors or presenters.)     WE ARE VOTING ON THE FCF<->USA MERGER PROPOSAL. EACH TEAM SHOULD HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE THERE TO VOTE SO YOUR VOICES ARE HEARD. Minutes Approval (All) None 2. Registrar's Report (David W.) Flyers for Fall 2009 – Pending vote 3. Treasurer's Report (Herbert) $18,864 operational fund 4. VP's Report (Harry) Field usage forms submitted for Fall 2009 – WKMS and UES (8/3-10/30) Listed under USA for insurance 5. Secretary's Report (Anh-Tuan) Nothing to report 6. Coaches Education (David W.) E – July 11-12 in Edgewater, MD 7. Equipment Report (David W.) Everything distributed to all coaches 8. Merchandise (Harry) Down to miscellaneous items; pending merger; open to ideas on remaining David W. – hold off purchasing additional gear until FCF<> USA decision 9. Field Maintenance (David W.) We will seed the lower field in early June Bermuda will come in when weather turns hot Taking a wait-’n-see with field condition due to compost damage 10. Fields (David W.) SFCYAF and UDP are options SFCYAF may not be good due to cost $20K UDP is free but due in 2010 FCF may take 1 SFCYAF field to remain Urbana vs. LUYAA Parking will be a problem for SFCYAF fields   11.
